Goals

If you’ve read my “About” section then you’re somewhat familiar with my goals for the next few months. But, in order to solidify them, I want to compile them here for my own sake of accountability.

Goals for the Next 6 Months

Eats:

  • Stick to a primarily vegan diet (no meat/dairy)
  • Cut out all artificial sweeteners
  • Limit sugar intake
  • Water, water, water!

Exercise:

  • Work out 6 days a week
  • Combination of cardio, weights, and pilates
  • Mix it up to prevent boredom!

Mental Health:

  • Yoga on “rest” days
  • Bible Study (Any suggestions on good studies??)
  • Spend at least one night a week with the family (dinner, games, movie, etc.)
  • Reach out to friends
  • Positive attitude!

    Hi Kelsey
    Saw a post you left on Oh She Glows and came here! Looks like I’ve found another kindred spirit 🙂 I have IBS too and apparently, systemic candida (fortunately, this I can cure!). This has been a really tough year for me, and while it’s not getting any easier, I’ve decided that I’ve had enough with the excess weight, constant bloating/gas, lethargy, and super crazy sugar cravings! My goals are much the same as yours, I hope to finally reestablish healthy eating patterns and a healthier life. I wish you the best of luck and I look forward to checking in here from time to time to see what you’re up to 🙂

      Thanks for stopping by, Paula! Its always nice to meet someone else that is dealing with IBS. No one seems to understand just how awful it is! Good luck trying to get a handle on it. Please stop by to let me know how you’re doing! Strength in numbers! 🙂
